Users

• Act as providers or buyers of digital assets.

Restricted Jurisdictions

This Agreement is governed by Colombian laws. CONVEXO FINANCE LIMITED will not establish contractual relationships with individuals who are nationals of the United States or reside in restricted territories such as Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, among others.

Website Services and Custody

The website www.convexo.finance offers a platform for consulting general services and contacting personalized advisors.

Declarations of CONVEXO FINANCE LIMITED

• The business model is based on consulting and commercializing digital assets built with advanced technology.
• Documentation will be required for KYC procedures and regulatory compliance.
