Virtual cards are available immediately after approval. Physical cards are typically delivered within 5-7 business days in the US and 7-14 business days internationally.
Which cryptocurrencies can I use to fund my card?
You can fund your CONVEXO Card with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDC, USDT, and several other major cryptocurrencies. We regularly add support for additional tokens.
Are there any transaction limits?
Each card tier has different spending limits. Standard cards have a $2,500 monthly limit, Premium cards have a $10,000 monthly limit, and Elite cards have a $50,000 monthly limit. These limits can be increased based on account history and verification level.
How are exchange rates determined?
CONVEXO uses real-time market rates with a small spread (typically 0.5-1% depending on card tier) for crypto-to-fiat conversions. Premium and Elite cardholders receive preferential rates.
What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
You can instantly freeze your card through the CONVEXO mobile app or dashboard. Contact our 24/7 support team to report the loss and request a replacement. Unauthorized transactions are covered by our fraud protection policy.
